Terms of use
Terms for Until Morrow.
These terms govern use of the Until Morrow mobile app and related support pages.
1. Adult use only
You must be at least 18 years old to use Until Morrow. Do not use the service if you cannot agree to these terms or if local law prohibits your use.
2. AI and fictional companions
Until Morrow provides fictional adult AI companions. You are not chatting or calling with a human. AI output may be inaccurate, unexpected, offensive, or unsuitable. The app is entertainment and relationship fiction, not human matching, therapy, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, or emergency support.
3. Your use
You are responsible for the content you submit and for using the service lawfully. Do not use Until Morrow to exploit or sexualize minors, impersonate real people, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, facilitate crime, coerce or stalk others, bypass service safeguards, probe credentials, or disrupt the service.
4. Local-first relationship data
This release has no relationship account or cloud sync. Local content may be permanently lost after app deletion, reinstall, device change, or platform change. A Store entitlement restore does not restore local relationship data. The Privacy Policy explains optional processing, research storage, reporting, and deletion.
5. Subscriptions and purchases
Paid plans are auto-renewing subscriptions sold by Apple or Google. Before checkout, the native Store surface is the source of truth for localized price, billing period, no-trial or introductory status, renewal, taxes, eligibility, and cancellation. Charges are made to your Store account. Manage or cancel through the Store’s subscription settings; uninstalling does not cancel. Restore is available for eligible purchases. Refund requests follow the applicable Store process.
Generated voice availability is subject to a rolling usage ceiling and operational safeguards. Until Morrow does not promise unlimited voice, uninterrupted generation, or a specific model or voice forever.
For downloads through Apple, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies: Apple Standard EULA. Until Morrow does not provide a custom Apple EULA.
6. Availability and changes
Features may change, pause, or fail closed to protect privacy, safety, purchase correctness, or cost limits. We may change models, voices, assets, or service providers while preserving paid entitlement and material disclosures where required. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent storage, or that every generated response will be retained.
7. Ownership
Until Morrow, its software, design, fictional companion identities, and supplied media are protected by applicable rights. You retain rights you have in content you submit. You grant the limited permission needed to process it for the feature you request and for separately consented research or reporting.
8. Enforcement and termination
We may restrict or stop service access when reasonably necessary for law, Store or provider requirements, security, fraud, abuse, safety, or material violation of these terms. Store purchase and refund rights remain governed by the applicable platform.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
